New patients
Everything to know before your first visit.
Copperstone Dental sees every age, from a toddler’s first cleaning to a parent’s implant, in the same building on Leslie Way. Below is what the paperwork actually asks for, what a first appointment covers, and the two specials that make it an easy visit to book.
What a first visit covers
A first appointment starts with a conversation about your history and anything bothering you, then a full exam, digital x-rays, and a periodontal screening so we know exactly what is going on before anything gets recommended. If a cleaning is due, it happens the same visit. If restorative work such as a filling, crown or bridge comes up, you will hear the cost before you decide anything, not after.
Kids are welcome from their very first tooth. The same hygienists who clean an adult’s teeth in the morning are, more often than not, cleaning a two-year-old’s teeth that afternoon.

The new patient form
The new patient form is fillable right in Acrobat Reader. You can fill it out on your own computer and email it to office@copperstonedental.com ahead of your appointment, or print it, fill it out by hand, and bring it with you. Either way works. If you would rather skip the download entirely, just call the office and ask the front desk to email or text you the form directly, or plan to arrive about fifteen minutes early and fill it out in person.
Two new patient specials
$79
Adult new patient special
Covers the first visit for an adult new patient who is not currently in pain, from the exam through the digital x-rays.
$10
Toothache exam
A limited exam plus two x-ray images, built for exactly one question: what is actually wrong, and what does fixing it take.
